Directions for Use:

Up to 25 lbs: 1 whole piece daily (5 mg of CBD)
25-50 lbs: 2 whole pieces daily (10 mg of CBD)
Over 50 lbs: 3 whole pieces daily (15 mg of CBD)

In an effort to get you your product as soon as possible, orders are processed for fulfillment immediately after they are placed. Order cancellation or change requests must be made within 30 minutes after the order is placed, otherwise, the order will be shipped. We cannot make changes to orders that are placed on weekends. If your order has shipped and you would still like to exchange or return your item, a fee of $5 per order will be charged for returns shipping and processing.

At this time, we do not accept partial payments of any kind.

Our products are all third-party tested to ensure quality and purity. We use organic ingredients that are free of pesticides and mold (mycotoxins), and then the final product is tested for microbials, heavy metals and other chemicals!

Needing to return your product?

We do have a 30-day guarantee that makes it easy for you. If you have any opened products, you can feel free to keep or share with other pet parents in need. If you ordered more than one product, we can send you a return label so that you can return any unopened products for a refund.

Our products are safe for use on pets as young as 6 months old. For pets that are younger than 6 months, please consult a vet before use. For hyperactive or pets with destructive tendencies, you can combine our products with other methods like reactivity training or safe crating (if needed).

For extra small pets, it's a good idea to ease them into it by starting with half of the recommended dosage then, if needed, increasing the dosage into the full amount.

The best results will come with consistent use, but please let us know how this works out for you. We're here to support you and your fur baby in every step of the way.

We do our very best to ship your orders out ASAP. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed and then they are transferred to the mail carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.

Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday and we do not ship on the weekends. If your order was placed on Friday at 2pm EST your order will not be shipped till the following Monday.

If you need to cancel or modify your order please reach out to our support team within 30 minutes of placing your order.

At this moment we do not accept PayPal as a form of payment due to PayPal's own policies. AfterPay is also not an accepted method of payment.

I'm happy to hear you're interested in our products, but unfortunately, we don't have international shipping available for the moment.

However, if you're looking for CBD for your pet, I can provide a little guidance!

1) Make sure your pet's CBD is hemp-based.

2) Always check for the THC content of the CBD, CBD for pets should have 0% THC.

3) Always ensure that the dosage fits your pup's weight. This last one would depend on the product you purchase, but keep in mind that large pets will require a higher concentration of CBD.​

Needing help to figure how to dose with your new tincture? It's easy! We've taken all the math out of the dosing by having the tinctures divided by size. All the tinctures are meant to be given orally and the best way to do it is directly from dropper to mouth.

The recommended dosage for all of the tinctures is for 1 full dropper a day, and here's the break down:

Small (125 mg of CBD): 4 mg per full dropper

Medium (250 mg of CBD): 8 mg per full dropper

Large (500 mg of CBD): 16 mg per full dropper

Extra Strength (1000 mg of CBD): 33 mg per full dropper

Note: If your pet is new to CBD, you can start with half of the recommended dosage and then gradually build up the product from there over the course of a few days.

CBD is a cannabinoid that can come from either hemp, or marijuana. The CBD that is extracted from marihuana contains too much THC, which is the main psychoactive that makes you "high", and it's also toxic to your pet. Industrial hemp is grown and has less than .3% THC, which would make it a lot safer for animals to consume.

There is some confusion regarding the terms hemp oil and hemp seed oil, and that is completely understandable! Although it can have other benefits, hemp seed oil does not contain any cannabinoids like CBD, but we make our products with every other part of the hemp plant, which is rich in CBD and other helpful cannabinoids.
